Our highly experienced teams are dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation and continuous support for all your critical business applications. From ERP and CRM systems to custom-built solutions, we provide proactive monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization, ensuring your applications are always available, performant, and aligned with your business objectives. Our experts handle complex integrations, updates, and performance tuning, allowing your internal teams to focus on strategic initiatives.
We leverage advanced automation platforms and tools to streamline and optimize your IT operations. Our approach focuses on automating routine tasks, such as patch management, configuration management, infrastructure provisioning, and incident response, significantly increasing efficiency and reducing manual effort. We utilize industry-leading solutions like Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, and custom scripting to implement robust Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices, ensuring consistent, repeatable, and error-free execution across your environment. This enables faster deployment cycles, improved resource utilization, and a more agile IT landscape.
Our DRaaS offering provides rapid recovery and business continuity in the face of unforeseen events, from natural disasters to cyberattacks. Our strategy involves replicating your critical data and applications to a secure, off-site cloud environment. In the event of an outage, we swiftly failover to the replicated environment, minimizing downtime and data loss. This includes defining clear Recovery Time Objectives (RTOs) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPOs) tailored to your business needs, regular testing of recovery plans, and continuous monitoring to ensure readiness. Our goal is to ensure your operations can resume quickly and seamlessly, protecting your business from significant disruption.
We provide robust and reliable backup strategies to protect your valuable data from loss, corruption, or cyber threats. Our comprehensive approach ensures your data is secure, accessible, and recoverable when you need it most. We design and implement tailored backup solutions based on your specific RTOs (Recovery Time Objectives) and RPOs (Recovery Point Objectives), ensuring minimal downtime and data loss.
We employ various backup strategies, often in combination, to achieve optimal data protection:
After an initial full backup, incremental backups only copy data that has changed since the last backup of any type (full or incremental). This method is highly efficient in terms of storage space and backup time, as it only captures small "increments" of data. However, recovery can be slower and more complex, as it requires the last full backup plus all subsequent incremental backups in sequence.
This is the most comprehensive backup method, where a complete copy of all selected data is created. While it offers the fastest recovery time as all data is in one place, it requires significant storage space and can be time-consuming to perform, making it typically suitable for periodic (e.g., weekly or monthly) foundational backups.
Similar to incremental, differential backups also start with a full backup. However, they copy all data that has changed since the last full backup. This means each differential backup grows in size over time, accumulating all changes since the last full backup. While it uses more storage than incremental backups, it offers faster and simpler recovery than incremental, as only the last full backup and the most recent differential backup are needed.
This advanced method provides near real-time data protection by continuously backing up data as soon as it is created or modified. CDP offers the lowest RPOs, minimizing data loss to mere seconds, and allows for recovery to any point in time.
A widely recommended best practice, this rule suggests keeping at least 3 copies of your data, storing them on at least 2 different types of media, and keeping 1 copy off-site (e.g., in the cloud or a separate physical location). This multi-layered approach significantly enhances data resilience against various threats.
